It was a complex and time-pressured project which involved the management of over 100 volunteers from a number of NSW Government agencies and the University of NSW.

In performing the assignment, Isabella and her staff were well organised and effective. Staff volunteers surveyed after the event indicated high satisfaction levels with Isabella’s communication and management.
