"The role required Isabella and her team to plan, implement and run the two stands successfully and manage a number of associated activities, including a stakeholder function. It was a complex and time-pressured project which involved the management of over 100 volunteers from a number of NSW Government agencies and the University of NSW.
In performing the assignment, Isabella and her staff were well organised and effective. Staff volunteers surveyed after the event indicated high satisfaction levels with Isabella’s communication and management.
